The Space

The new Agility facility is a purpose-built warehouse and office consisting of 30,000m² of conventional warehousing and 2,000m2 of office. It includes recessed docks, guard house, warehouse office, forklift battery charge and an extensive hardstand area.

Services

About Time Projects was engaged to act as the client representative on behalf of Agility Logistics which includes liaising with Melbourne Airport project manager and the builder (Qanstruct).  Scope of services included:

• Acting as formal client representative under the agreement for lease between Agility and Melbourne Airport.

• Tendering and managing all tenant fitout items including racking, workstations, and signage.

• Monitor the design and construction of the building to meet Clients requirements;

• Monitor programme and quality of works during the construction phase;

• Assisting with the make good requirements at the three existing facilities
